Sónar Barcelona 2023

After 3 years without the infamous Sónar festival taking place in Barcelona, Sónar is back this year for the 2023 edition. Sónar is an annual festival, taking place in Barcelona, Lisboa, Istanbul and many more cities around Europe. It’s a festival that has been celebrating electronic music and digital culture since the first edition in 1994. Each year it’s a meeting for music lovers, artists and professionals from across the world. This year is a special year not only because it’s been 3 years since the last edition but because it’s the 30th anniversary of the Festival. This event will be in Barcelona from June 15th until the 17th.

As well as the event in Barcelona, Sónar organizes festivals every year in other cities. In previous years, it has traveled to Reykjavik, Buenos Aires, New York, London, Frankfurt, Seoul, Lisbon, Lyon, Hamburg, Toronto, Montreal, Chicago, Boston, Denver, Oakland, Los Angeles, Tokyo and Osaka, among many other destinations.

You have the music part but that’s not all… You also have the conference part called Sónar +D. This conference part was added in 2013 and is dedicated to creativity, technology and business with talks, conferences, installations and exhibitions. You will also have the opportunity to access some networking opportunities, workshops and hackathons.
