It’s become an annual tradition to invite our esteemed delegates and press on a STUDIO SAFARI, a tour around Iceland’s brilliant studios. Our aim is to show off our incredible recording facilities, from the obvious to the unusual. Over the years we’ve visited some of Iceland’s most stunning studios including Sundlaugin, Gróðurhúsið, Hljóðriti, Harpa – and many more.

Tallinn Music Week (TMW) is the leading new music showcase festival, industry conference and city festival in the Baltic-Nordic region. Our very own Leifur Björnsson is a speaker on one of the panels at the festival.

We worked again with our friends from The Line of Best Fit in Greenhouse Studio for a performance from the Icelandic artist and composer Eydis Evensenn.

Brooklyn trio Nation of Language joined us in Iceland earlier this month – during their appearance at Iceland Airwaves – for a special session recording of new single "From The Hill".

On November 5th, during the Iceland Airwaves music festival, Iceland Music, along with local collaborators including STEF and Reykjavik Music City, invited visiting industry professionals and press attending the festival, on a Studio Safari tour.

Iceland Music has arrived at the Jazzahead! conference in Bremen, Germany with a stellar delegation. This is the first time we’ve been able to attend since 2019 and we are proud to bring a magnificent group of jazz artists and projects, who will get the chance to present their music at this largest Jazz Music conference in Europe.
